MEMBERSHIP FAQ’S

Does my membership have blackout dates?

No, we do not have any blackout dates for memberships. Altitude Members will get a discounted rate for admission to special events held at the park.

Are special jump events included in my membership?

Altitude Members will receive a discounted rate for special events including, but not limited to, Glo in the Park, Friday Night Friendzy and special Holiday events.

Can I use my membership at other Altitude Trampoline Park locations?

Currently, memberships are only valid at the location where they were purchased.

Does everyone in my family need a membership?

Yes, each membership is on an individual basis. Each member of your family will require their own membership. 

How many times can I visit with a membership?

You can visit the park once a day for 3 hours at a time with no re-entry.

Can I use my membership to participate in a birthday party?

No, you cannot use your membership to attend a birthday party.

Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone who jumps on our trampolines is required to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years old, a waiver must be signed by your parent or legal guardian. Online waivers remain valid for one year.
When will I be billed for my membership?
You are billed once a month, approximately on the day of the month that you purchased your membership.
Can I pay cash for my membership?
No. Monthly Memberships require a valid Credit or Debit card.
When does my membership expire?

Your membership never expires and renews automatically on a monthly basis. 

Where can I purchase a Membership?

Memberships can only be purchased at the park.

How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships can be canceled only by visiting the park and completing a Cancelation Form. At the time of cancelation the Member will pay an amount equal to two months’ fee, and the Member can jump for 60 days after that day at no additional charge.
